Technology Surveys

Today, I am putting together three survey. I am creating a technology survey for Students, Parents, and Staff. I went out and done some research. Why create the wheel. For the Parents I am going to create a paper copy and web based version and let the parents decided if they want to fill out the paper form or go online to complete the survey. I am going to try to work with our library media specialist in each of our buildings to have the students complete the surveys in our computer labs. I will have the staff members fill out an online survey. I am thinking about changing our online survey from Profiler to survey monkey. If anybody has any ideas or content to put the surveys send them my way.
